"If Italy is the garden of Europe, Tuscany is the garden of Italy" These quote from Carlo Goldoni (One of the greatest Italian poets) date back to 1878 but, is still very valid, If you have the opportunity of staying in Florence for more than one day, there is nothing else more appropriate than visiting some of the places that make this statement true. You could not truly say "I' ve seen Tuscany", if for instance you have not seen Siena, the Chianti Countryside or the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The Daily Excursions we offer will give you the chance to visit places, that are highlights not just in our region, but in the entire Italian country as well as the "real Italy" we mentioned above. We will head immediately to Siena, and walking through its XIII century streets, seeing its palaces, churches and squares will really feel the beat of that "heart" mentioned in its old Latin motto "Cor magis tibi Sena pandit" -Siena's Big Heart opens to you-. Siena considered "just" the 2nd most beautiful city in Tuscany, but there is no doubt that it had the most beautiful and magical atmosphere. The city having been one of the most powerful banking city in the world during the middle-ages, features some of the most important works of art in Italy. It is definitely something you must see and experience. San Gimignano, the famous town of the fine towers, is considered one of the main tourist attractions in the region and a mediaeval jewel.
